What is the Future and Jr Jags Camp?

This camp is for young spirit leaders ready to show their Jaguar pride! The award winning Rock Canyon Dance & Cheer Teams will help to coach and build relationships with our Future and Jr. Jags. All skill levels are welcome! Jr. Jags camp caters to K-5th graders and the Future Jags camp caters to 6th-8th graders. If your 5th grader would prefer to be in the Future Jags group rather than the Jr. Jags group, just let us know! Participants will learn cheer & dance skills, tumbling, stunting and choreography and a halftime routine to perform with the RC Dance Team!

Day 1 - Tuesday, September 22, 20264:30 - 7:30pm @ Rock Canyon High SchoolCheck in will take place from 4:00 - 4:10pm in the RC CommonsDay 2 - Thursday, September 24, 20266:15pm - Meet at Echo Park Stadium for the RC Varsity Football GamePerformance during the first half of the game and at halftime!Jr and Future Jags are dismissed after halftime

What should I wear?

Day 1 Comfortable T-shirt with shorts or leggingsSneakers/tennies (with socks) are ideal. Can bring dance or jazz shoes if you'd like.Hair should be pulled up in a ponytail, bun etc. Bring: Water Bottle WITH participants name on itDay 2Jr/Future Jags T-shirt (received on Day 1)Black Leggings (if you don't have black, any color is ok!)Sneakers/tennies (with socks) are ideal or dance shoes if you prefer!Hair should be pulled up in a ponytail, bun etc.  optional to wear a bow!Dancers are welcome to bring a pair of pom-poms to perform with if they’d like!
