Jr. & Future Jags Camp

Want to be an RC dancer someday? Start training like a jag by dancing with the award winning Rock Canyon Dance Team at our Winter Jr. & Future Jags camp taking place on January 8th, 9th and 10th!

Jr & Future Jags will learn dance skills, pom technique and fun choreography! They'll also join the RCDT to perform during halftime of the Varsity basketball game!

What is the Future and Jr Jags Camp?

This camp is for young spirit leaders ready to show their Jaguar Spirit! The award winning Rock Canyon High School Dance team will help to coach and build relationships with our Future and Jr. Jags. All skill levels are welcome but the Jr Jags camp caters to K-4th graders and the Future Jags camp caters to 5th-8th graders. Participants will learn dance skills, pom technique & a halftime routine. On the final day, Jr. and Future Jags will perform alongside the RCDT during halftime of a Varsity basketball game at Rock Canyon High School!
How do I register for the Future and Jr Jags camp?

Where and when does the camp take place?

JR JAGS January 9th: TIME: 5:30pm - 7:30pm LOCATION: RCHS Commons ATTIRE: Comfortable clothing & Sneakers January 10th: TIME: 5:00pm - Halftime LOCATION: RCHS Commons Game starts at 5:30pm in the main gym Jr. Jags are dismissed after halftime or welcome to stay for the duration of the game with parents. ATTIRE: Jr./Future Jags tee, Black leggings & Sneakers FUTURE JAGS January 8th: TIME: 4:00pm - 7:00pm LOCATION: RCHS Wrestling Room ATTIRE: Comfortable clothing & Sneakers January 9th: TIME: 5:30pm - 7:30pm LOCATION: RCHS Wrestling Room ATTIRE: Comfortable clothing & Sneakers January 10th: TIME: 6:00pm - Halftime LOCATION: RCHS Wrestling Room Game starts at 7pm in the main gym Future Jags are dismissed after halftime or welcome to stay for the duration of the game with parents. ATTIRE: Jr./Future Jags tee, Black leggings & Sneakers Additional details will be emailed prior the camp!
How much does the camp cost and what's included?

Jr Jags $75 Camp Fee Includes: Admission to the 2-day camp and Varsity girls basketball game Snack and drink on day 1 Jr Jags T-shirt (no T-shirt option available) Bow Pair of poms 1 Parent ticket to Varsity Girls basketball game Future $90 Jags Camp Fee Includes: Admission to the 3-day camp and Varsity boys basketball game Snack and drinks on days 1 and 2 Future Jags T-shirt (no T-shirt option available) Bow Pair of poms 1 Parent ticket to Varsity Girls basketball game Additional spirit gear will be available for purchase.
